on the lots of the ASSIGNEE located at Silang Junction East Olivarez, Tagaytay City
covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. T-36536, T-38802, T-07620122AA1A2A
and T-54771;

WHEREAS, Tax Declaration No. has been issued to the


ASSIGNOR by the Office of the City Assessor of Tagaytay City;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Termination of the Lease Contract executed by the
