I Adityaroop Pathak_, MBA ID20061__, MBA

student of IIM Jammu, batch 2020-2022, am opting for

paperback books instead of Ebooks for trimester I. I

understand & accept the fact that delivery of books can be

delayed by the courier agency (and in some instances books

can remain undelivered and would return to the dispatcher),

and institute will not be liable in any way if I do not receive

the books once the Institute arranges to despatch them through

its book supplier. I further undertake that I am ok with the

already announced schedule of the 1st term classes and shall

participate in all the evaluation components of different

courses of Term I opted by as per the schedule decided by the

Institute or the course faculty irrespective of the time taken by

the courier agency to deliver my term I books.
