Use Case Name: Send Money using Gcash Application

Actors: Customer

Summary: The Customer can send money through Gcash Application

Triggers: The Customer click the send money option

Preconditions: 1. The Customer is logged-in.


2. The Customer has selected send money option

Basic Course of Events: 1. Customer: Able to login to the Gcash Application


2. User will be directed to the home page
3. Customer: will choose the option “Send Money”
4. Customer: will be directed to the Send Money Page
5. Customer: will choose the “Express Send” option
6. Customer: Will input the details for sending money
a. Contact number of the recipient
b. Amount of money to be sent
7. Customer: Click the next button
8. Customer: Go to the next page to confirm the transaction
9. Customer: Click the Send(amount) button to confirm
10. Customer: will receive a confirmation Via text that the transaction is a
success.
11. Customer: Will be redirected to the home page

Alternative Paths: 5.1. Customer: Choose another option other than Express Send
8.1 Customer: Cancel the transaction by clicking the back button

Exception Paths 6.1 If Customer enters invalid information. It will not go to the next page and an
error message will display asking for the valid information
