Description This institutional all-purpose cleaner is an ultra concentrate which when diluted, effectively
removes typical soil build up. Its "lacy" foam facilitates product cling on vertical surfaces.
Because of its neutral pH, it can be used on a variety of surfaces.

STEOL® CS-460 17.4 Anionic Agent
BIO-TERGE® PAS-8S 20.0 Hydrotrope
STEPOSOL® MET-10U 10.0 Surfactant/Solvent

Procedure 1. Charge Deionized Water.
2. With good agitation, dissolve Sodium Citrate.
3. Blend in BIO-SOFT® D-40.
4. Slowly blend in STEOL® CS-460.
5. When clear, add BIO-TERGE® PAS-8S.
6. When clear, add STEPOSOL® MET-10U.
7. Mix until homogenous.

Instructions To clean lightly soiled surfaces, dilute 1:128 (1 ounce/gallon). Spray onto surface and then wipe
for Use with a clean cloth. To remove greasy/grimy soils, dilute up to 1:16 (8 ounces/gallon). Spray onto
surface. Allow to penetrate for 1–5 minutes, then wipe with a clean cloth.
SM 010-D: Shake Foam volume at 1:64 dilution (2 ounces/gallon) with 150 ppm water is
400+/400+ mL at 0/5 minutes.

www.cleangredients.org. For further information, visit www.cleangredients.org. At the
recommended dilutions, this formulation meets the California Air Resource Board (CARB) VOC
regulation for non-aerosol general purpose cleaners (0.5% VOC limit as of December 31, 2012).
For U.S. formulators, STEPOSOL® MET-10U is a low vapor pressure VOC (LVP-VOC), therefore
its contribution to the VOC calculation is zero. STEPOSOL® MET-10U does not contribute to the
VOC calculation because of its high boiling point and low vapor pressure.
