our oppinion on what happens is entirely upto us.
Action seems to follow feeling, but really action and feeling go together and by
regulating the action which is under more direct control of the will
we can indirectly control the feeling which is not.
We can't instantly change our emotions if we tell our minds to but that we can
change our actions.
when we change our actions we automatically change our feelings.

RULE 1 THINK AND ACT CHEERFULLY, AND YOU WILL FEEL CHEERFULL.

When a selfish person tries to take advantage of you cross them off your list, dont
try to get even.

I have no time for quarrels, not time for regrets, and no man will force me to

Never judge a man for his like or dislike for them, if any given act was to be
perfomed he could understand that his enemy would do just as well as anyone.
If a man maligned him or personal ill treatment and is the fittest man for this
place give it to them soon as you would give to her friend.

An angry man is always filled with poison.
Gratititude is a fruit from great cultivation, you will not find it among gross
people.
Human nature has always been human nature, it wont change in your life time.
I'm gonna meet peopl who are selfish egotitstical ungreatful, but I wont be
surpirsed or disturbed for I cannot imagine a world wuthout such people.
It is natural for people to forget to be grateful, so If we go around expecting
gratitude, we are heading straight to a lot of headaches.
Give for the inner joy of giving.
RULE 3 INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT GRATITUDE LET US EXPECT IT
LET US REMEMBER THAT ONLY WAY TO FIND HAPPINESS IS NOT EXPECT GRATITUDE BUT
TO GIVE AS A JOY OF GIVING.
GRATITUDE IS A CULTIVATED TRAIT, SO IF YOU WANT OUR CHILDREN TO BE GREATFUL

most of our fatigue comes from our mental and emotional attitudes.
the greater part of fatigue from which we suffer is of mental origin.
boredom, resentment, the feeling of not being appreciated a feeling of futility,
hurry anxiety worry those are the emotional factors that exhausts the sitting
workers.
hard work requires a feeling of effort else it is not well done.
So we scowl and we concentrate, we hunch up our shoulders, we call on our muscles

tentsion is a habit relax is habit.
always begin to relax with your muscles. (start with your eyes)
relaxtion is the absence of all tention and effort.
