PA Area Goals
Project Results Meeting Testing Deliverables as per the overall project
management plan, Adherence to the quality goals for the
team. In case of TAC, this will involve multiple projects.
The Quality of Testing which includes the Test Strategy,
Test Plan, Test Requirements, Test Cases, Test Data,
Test Environment requirements should be high as
measured by Reviews and Test Execution Defects -
Minimum or Zero defects during test case reviews and
during Testing (both internal and Client reported)
Individual Rework effort on the Test cases written should
be minimum or zero.

Take ownership of working with the development and
support teams to get the defect resolutions on time by
