Pincodes / Key Codes

Our online code request service allows you to request a variety of
codes for a selection of different vehicle manufacturers. The
different type of codes available are:

The availability of codes is ever changing, so only the codes that

are currently available are displayed online. To access this service,
your online account must be registered to use it. Only certified
users will be given access to this service.

Each code is priced individually, which you will see before you
order the code. This price must be paid BEFORE the code is

VRM Lookup
We also offer a service that allows you to look up information on a vehicle, based on the registration number (VRM).

The information supplied will give you important information that is often required for key programming, such as the
engine number. It also will return some other interesting information on the vehicle, including information of the
performance, PNC data and even tax and MOT status.

Using this service requires the use of lookup tokens which are purchased in advance. Using the lookup service will
cost 1 token per vehicle lookup.

Tokens are priced from £0.37p ea

Once purchased, these tokens will be added to your online account. Your balance of tokens will be shown on the
VRM page, along with the ability to purchase more. As this service is paid for by token usage, you will not need to
go through the shopping cart for each code required.

Advanced Diagnostics are the worldwide market leading company dedicated to key and remote programming, based in the UK.

AD100Pro Key Programming System

The AD100Pro Key and Remote tester offers Auto Locksmiths and Diagnostic Specialists an
opportunity to enter a new and lucrative market normally only available to
manufacturers dealers.

Since approximately 1996 vehicle manufacturers have increased the

security of their vehicles by the introduction of transponder vehicle keys.
This involves the inclusion of a small transponder chip placed inside the
ignition keys. When the keys are presented to the ignition switch the
transponder communicates with an aerial around the ignition switch and
identifies it as the correct key for the vehicle. If the correct key is
presented the vehicle immobiliser system communicates with the vehicle
ECU (electronic control unit) and allows the vehicle engine to be started.

The inclusion of transponders into vehicle keys means that whenever a

new key is required the new keys require programming into the vehicle
ECU memory. Most vehicles require any additional key to be programmed
using a diagnostic tester. Some vehicles have a master key or keys that
are required to enable programming to take place; when these master
keys are lost or not passed on to the new owner the vehicle requires
connecting to a diagnostic tester held only by the vehicle manufacturers
dealer, until the launch of the AD100Pro.

Since 1996, unless you have an AD100Pro programmer, you have been
unable to carry out this task, resulting in the vehicle having to be returned
to the manufacturer's agent for programming; this often involves recovery of the vehicle to the garage
and a long and expensive cure.

The latest types of keys cannot now be copied, which means even the simple task of supplying an
extra key is now impossible for anyone without the ability to program the key into the vehicle security
system with a diagnostic tester.

The AD100Pro key programming tester enables Locksmiths and Diagnostic specialists to once again
carry out this work. The hand held tester allows you to program new keys and remote plips into the
vehicle, while the customer waits, even by the side of the road.

Key and remote programming is a cost effective way to increase your
business, which is still a niche and profitable service to offer.

The MVP Pro is the latest key programming tool to be launched from
Advanced Diagnostics, offering a low cost entry into the market. The MVPPro
has a unique method of reducing the capital outlay on key programming
equipment. The MVPPro works on the principle of a 'Pay as you go' mobile
phone, whereby you purchase the hardware at a relatively low cost and then
purchase the software as you use it. This way, you only pay for the software
you actually use.

enables you to pay an annual fixed cost and then use your MVPPro unlimited.

The equipment benefits from a large LCD touch screen/versatile keypad for

The MVPPro UTP programmer offers you the best of both worlds as far as options to purchase. With the AD100pro you purchase and
own the software, with the MVPPro “Pay as you go” you pay for each use. With the MVPPRO UTP you can use the software as much
as you like for a single annual fee. Therefore with a known cost per year you can program as many vehicles as you like within the one
year period.

One Dongle - One Solution
The innovative Smart Dongle developed for AD100Pro and MVPPro testers has many new
features and benefits for the automotive locksmith. Smart Dongle is easy to use and replaces
the security calculator and the current range of AD dongles with one automatic configurable
dongle for all makes and models.

Previously you would need to enter the security calculator information to release the software,
but this is now an automatic feature of the Smart Dongle. When using the Pro tester the
correct AD dongle had to be selected for programming keys and remotes, and in some cases,
multiple dongles were used when programming transponders, remotes or reading pincodes for
the same vehicle.

Now, simply connect the Smart Dongle to your Pro tester and it will automatically configure ADC240
itself for the vehicle it is connected to.

Additional hardware expansion ports built into the Smart Dongle allow for powerful add-on

The purpose of the ADC219 is to produce a working key when all keys are lost on specific
Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda vehicles. This is done by removing the instrument cluster,

software to place the instrument cluster into Service Mode. This then allows the user to add a
working key to the vehicle by turning on the ignition with a new key and transponder.

What is Pre-Coding?
Many modern vehicles have a special transponder that is specific to the individual car. Vehicle manufacturers have started to create
these transponders to increase security and to stop the aftermarket from being able to supply and program keys. The disadvantage
to the customer is that the key needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, using the chassis number.
Cyclone

With the latest Advanced Diagnostic software it is possible to produce a Precoded transponder for a specific vehicle by reading the
vehicle software. To achieve this, you will need a Cyclone with specific software and either an AD100Pro or MVPPro with the
correct software.
The Process
! Read the transponder information from the car with an
AD100Pro or MVPPro
! Write the transponder special precode information onto a
transponder using the Cyclone (this may take several
attempts depending on the amount of information (bytes) we
are able to read from the vehicle.
! Check the transponder will be accepted by the car
! Program the key in the usual way.

This tester is a full featured test device for checking the antenna used on transponder key systems. NEW
It has an internal antenna with high gain receiver to pick up the antenna signal, but additionally it
has an external antenna wand connection to connect a wafer thin antenna for testing the push start,

A hugely valuable software which makes it possible to write new keys into
the eeprom file of a large number of Toyota and Lexus vehicles using
Texas 4C and 4D transponders. The impressive application list includes

When all keys are lost on most Toyota / Lexus vehicles, the vehicle dealers

Early Megane and Scenics (99-03) had an inherent fault with the UCH to immobiliser
communication. Often, when the battery was low or the UCH was weak, the electronic memory
became scrambled, causing the vehicle not to start because it had lost the key programming
code. This caused the immobiliser warning light to flash and the vehicle not to start.
