ISO 25010
The ISO/IEC 25010 standard was developed as a model for evaluating such quality in user expectations
(Azham Hussain, 2015). The quality model is the cornerstone of a product quality evaluation system,
determines which quality characteristics will be taken into account when evaluating the properties of
software and a degree to which the system satisfies the stated and implied needs of its various
stakeholders‘ needs provides value (ISO 25010, n.d.)
The ISO 25010 standard assessment can be used as a method for software creation and its user
community aspects should be regarded as a high-level feature because of the level of impact on
both construction and product acceptance (Miguel, Mauricio, & Rodríguez, 2014).

for the evaluation of software products. International Journal of Software Engineering
& Applications, 5(6), 31-53.
In the opinion and perspective of individual respondents, the ISO 25010 standard model
can be used to create a 170 baseline vocabulary for managing software product quality. They
need, however, procedures for receiving, defining, analyzing, and validating quality
specifications that will take their limited resources into account. Further research requires
effective practices to improve the method and to include specific practices to improve specific
product quality characteristics (García-Mireles, 2016).

Course Recommender
A course Recommender System plays an important role in predicting the course selection by student.
Here we consider the real data from Moodle course of our college & we try to obtain the result using
Weka. Association rule algorithms are used to find out the best combination of courses in E-Learning
(Abher & Lobo, 2016)

In this paper, we propose the architecture for Course Recommender System & how the data flows
through this system. This system predicts the best combination of subjects i.e. the subjects in which
students are more interested. Here we use the learning management system such as Moodle to collect
the data from student regarding their course choices. Keywords: Moodle, Weka, classification,
association rule, clustering algorithm (Abher & Lobo, 2016).
A course recommendation system is used to provide students some suggestions when they have trouble
in choosing courses. This paper designs the recommendation system based the Prediction Methodology
proposed by us previously. The prediction methodology integrates both Data Mining techniques and
Graph Theory, which will be still revealed in this paper for readers to get the idea about how can we
make appropriate course suggestions for students.

User participation emerged as a critical issue for collaborative and social recommender systems as well
as for a range of other systems based on the power of user community. A range of mechanisms to
encourage user participation in social systems has been proposed over the last few years; however, the
impact of these mechanisms on users behavior in recommender systems has not been studied
sufficiently. This paper investigates the impact of encouraging user participation in the context of
CourseAgent, a community-based course recommender system. The recommendation power of
CourseAgent is based on course ratings provided by a community of students. To increase the number
of course ratings,

The traditional system of selecting courses to carry out research work is time consuming, risky, and a
tedious task, that not only badly affect the performance but the learning experience of a researcher as
well. Therefore, choosing appropriate courses in seminal years could help to do research in a better way.
This study presents a recommender system that will suggest and guide a learner in selecting the courses
as per their requirement. The Hybrid methodology has been used along with ontology to retrieve useful
information and make accurate recommendations. Such an approach may be helpful to learners to
increase their performance and improve their satisfaction level as well. The proposed recommender
systems would perform better by mitigating the weakness of basic individual recommender systems
(Zameer Gulzar et al., 2018).

Most of electronic commerce and knowledge management` systems use recommender systems as the
underling tools for identifying a set of items that will be of interest to a certain user. Collaborative
recommender systems recommend items based on similarities and dissimilarities among users’
preferences. This paper presents a collaborative recommender system that recommends university
elective courses to students by exploiting courses that other similar students had taken. The proposed
system employs an association rules mining algorithm as an underlying technique to discover patterns
between courses. Experiments were conducted with real datasets to assess the overall performance of
the proposed approach (Al-Badarenah & Jamal Alsakran, 2016).

Course Recommender System allows us to study the behavior of student regarding the courses. In
Course Recommender System in E-learning, we collect the data regarding the student enrollments for a
specific set of data i.e. the courses which the students like to learn. After collection of data, we apply
three data mining techniques namely clustering, classification & association rule to find the best
combination of courses. Here we compare the result of this combined approach with result obtained
using only association rule & present how this combined approach is better than only the association
rule algorithm (Aher & Lobo, 2012).
