This is to certify that National Power Corporation – Bancalaan 1 Diesel Power Plant
(NPC- Bancalaan 1 DPP) had conducted generating unit capability test of Unit No.1 and
witness representative from Provincial Government of Palawan (PGP), the local distribution
utility (DU) in Bancalaan Island.

Date Performed : October 15, 2021


Maximum Load Attain : 0.078 MW
Minimum Load Attain : 0.020 MW
Ramp Up Rate (mw/min) : 0.026 MW/min
Ramp Down (mw/min) : 0.026 MW/min
Declared Capability : 0.080 MW
Duration of Testing : 1600H - 2000H
Remarks : The unit surge at 0.080MW thus the capability test
was limited to 0.078 MW.

The declared capability, maximum load and ramp up rate and ramp down of the unit
during the testing is acceptable on the part of (PGP).
