I. Executive Summary.
Jaja's mask lanyard is a beaded mask lanyard that is homemade. It
is made from nylon string, colored beads, a jump ring, and a lobster
lock. With my own money, the capital for the first week of operation is
Php 255.00. At this time, there is a pandemic, and we cannot go without
a mask. Jaja's Mask Lanyard will keep us from forgetting to bring or
wear our masks.
It can be found at our house in Prk. Malinawon, Limbahan, Lupon
Davao Oriental. Individuals are targeted because they are the most likely
to acquire the MASK LANYARD. When a person sees instances of
Mask Lanyards, he or she will decide whether or not buy the goods
straight away. Individuals will also be able to access my social media
account, make purchase and I’ll deliver it to their home.

Its finished product will be packaged in compact plastic

cellophane, and the buyer can decide whether or not to include an
aesthetic sticker on their packaging; if they purchase two or more beaded
lanyards, they will receive a complimentary set of aesthetic stickers.
Jaja's Mask Lanyard intends to expand its business and have its
own store where customers may come and select their preferred beaded
mask lanyard design.
The management operation of Jaja's Mask Lanyard starts from
Inventory and estimation of the number of Mask Lanyard to be
produced. Second is to purchased raw materials. Third is Production
packaging and making the Beaded Mask Lanyard. Lastly Marketing and
selling the product. Since the product's purpose is to alert us to wear a
mask, it says that we should follow the implemented safety health
protocols.
II. Problem/Needs
COVID – 19 is one of the most severe issues confronting Filipinos
and the rest of the world today. It might result in the deaths of a large
number of individuals. Having complete information and expertise on
how to fight COVID – 19 is a big help with the support of medical
experts. One of them is adhering to safety and health protocols. It is
mandatory to wear a mask when going anyplace, especially in public
areas. With the use of a "Mask Lanyard," the proponents come up with
the concept that "Wearing a Mask is a Must" This makes it easier to
carry our mask, avoids forgetting to use it, and provides the benefit of
adhering to safety and health rules.
III. Vision, Mission and Values
Vision
JAJA’S MASK LANYARD considers itself as the leading
supporter of adhering to safety and health protocols for the sake of
providing excellent customer service. By the year 2021, we hope to have
provided the client with the best lanyard ever, with satisfaction
guaranteed.
Mission
Jaja’s Mask Lanyard's goal is to create and sell good, high-
quality, and inexpensive products that are tailored to the tastes of the
Filipino people. This is through the dedication and passion of the
management to produce this kind of product in the market.
Values
Jaja’s Mask Lanyard, as a business, pledges to provide its customers
with the best product possible while adhering to strict safety and health
protocols. Hard work is necessary for the preparation, as well as in the
maintenance of hygiene and sanitation. The management intends to
establish the best "MASK LANYARD" to economically increase our
level of life to provide better customer service.

COVID – 19 is no longer visible, but it is still there everywhere.
The proponents concluded that they needed to be closely monitored in
their business site. I also perform research on other lanyard businesses.
Mask Lanyard is one of the many businesses that may be sold online that
a lot of people are into these days. The business manufactures the
trendiest lanyard design so that customers will buy it. Individuals are
one of the tangler categories of people in Mask Lanyard. The user would
then go on social media and look at the many lanyard design elements
that were available. The idea for this is to add a unique twist to wearing
a mask alone with a mask lanyard.
B. Marketing Strategies
Individuals are targeted because they are the most likely to acquire
the MASK LANYARD. When a person sees instances of Mask

V. Production Plan
A. Production Description
Jaja’s Mask Lanyard is a business that sells Beaded Mask Lanyard.
The finished product will be wrapped in small plastic cellophane, and
buyers will be able to choose whether or not to have aesthetic stickers
applied on the small plastic cellophane. Mask Lanyard was created with
a unique twist by using beads that weren't found in other lanyards with
colored string. If the buyer purchases two or more beaded lanyards, they
will also receive a free set of aesthetic stickers.
B. Operating Strategies
The business will build a Mask Lanyard station that is both high
quality and affordable. Mask Lanyard will require raw materials to
manufacture the goods that will be sold. These include Nylon string,
Multicolor Beads, Jump Ring, and Lobster Locks. The product will be
produced by the proponents. Raw materials will be purchased online
through Shoppe App, my favorite retailer, where we can ensure quality
and perishability. Throughout the operation, I will think of more ideas
on how to create more appealing and appealing products.

Jaja’s Mask Lanyard will open its own shop so customers
may select the design they desire for their mask lanyard.

The business will not only remind people to wear their
masks, but it will also help them follow safety and health regulations.
C. Business Impact in the Community
People who create beads and sell nylon strings will
benefit from the Jaja's Mask Lanyard. It will increase market demand for
Beads and Nylon String makers who produce these raw materials. It will
also assist the government in preventing people from buying abroad and
being scammed. Since the product's purpose is to alert us to wear a
mask, it says that we should follow the implemented safety health
protocols. Because of its low prices and high-quality products, the
company has a good chance of surviving in the market.
