Printer Server Configuration Guide

Replacing Printer with current printer server

01. Remove your current printer from Printer Server

02. Plug your new Printer to Printer Server with USB Cable.

03. Login to Printer Server Configuration Page by respective IP & Port of Printer server
(Eg: 192.168.1.201:631 | your-ip-address:631 )

04. Goto “Printers” Tab


05. Select the printer’s name that need to replace.

06. Select “Delete Printer” from dropdown menu.


07. Confirm Delete Printer by Selecting “Delete Printer” Button

08. Type Username: “pi” & Password: “admin”

09. You will see a printer delete successful confirmation page. After that go to “Administration”
tab.

10. Click “Add Printer” button.


11. Select the printer from Local Printers Section and press “Continue”
Eg: Zebra Technologies ZTC ZT230-200dpi ZPL (Zebra Technologies ZTC ZT230-200dpi ZPL)
(Important : Make sure NOT to select printers from any other section)

12. Type the Deleted Printer Name for “Name” , “Description” & “Location” Fields (Eg: LOIN,
BOX, GRN) , and Check “Share This Printer” Option. Then Press “Continue”.
13. Select “Zebra ZPL Label Printer (en)” from Model selection for Zebra ZT-230 Printers. Then
Click “Add Printer” button.

14. Click “Set Default Options” Button.

15. Done. Printer is ready to use.
