MODULE 1

PROCESSING QUESTIONS:

1. How did you find the activity?

I found it difficult to answer because its an activity I rarely do, but it felt
relieving and refreshing.

2. How do you feel about talking to yourself? Your friends? Teachers? Family?
Talking to myself is a very calming and comforting activity for me. While
talking to friends, teachers and family about something personal is very
awkward because I'm not that kind of person, but I felt relieved after the
activity.

3. What have you discovered about yourself during your self-talk?

I discovered that I need to appreciate myself more. It feels like I've been
lacking to see the beauty in me and to appreciate myself as I'm busy
appreciating others.

4. How is the activity helping you enhance your self-worth?

The activity help me realize one thing that I think will enhance my self-worth:
Appreciate yourself first before seeing the good thing and beauty of others.
MODULE 1

II. SELF-AFFIRMATION EXERCISE

Instructions: Complete the sentences and write it on a one whole sheet of paper with
the Self-affirmation Exercise. Compile it in your portfolio.

My proudest moment was doing things on my own. I want to be independent, so

whenever I get through with the problems by myself, it feels amazing.

My strengths are my faith and trust in God, my ability to accept and understand
other people's situation, and my strong personality.

My source of joy is my family, my friends, music, books and volleyball.

My friends really appreciate me as a person they can talk to and vent out their
emotions.

I can overcome all the challenges in life because I have the power to. I have my
family, my God and my friend beside. But the most important thing is I have
myself that will help me overcome all the challenges in life.

I will reach my dreams because it will make me happy and at the same time, will
also make my family happy. Doing the things I like and having the things I
dreamed of is a moment I am working and thriving for.
MODULE 2

LESSON 2:
LIFE IN HARMONY WITH
OTHERS
Instructions: Using art/colored paper, write a note or a letter to a family member. Then,

1. Using the note or a letter from the previous activity, express your insights with the
following guide questions and statement starters:

- What made you choose that person to have a better relationship with?
_______(name of the person),
I want to make our relationship better because I know that the journey that we
will share will be very long and building up a relationship is very important
to overcome challenges.

- How was your relationship with that person before?

I can say that our relationship before is great. We get with each and of course,
there will be times that we fought but, we make up with each other.
MODULE 2

- How do you feel about your relationship to that chosen person before and now?
I think that our relationship is getting stronger everyday.

- What do you want to happen to that relationship?

I am hoping that our relationship will remain strong and unbreakable.

- What actions or ways do you do to help improve the relationship?

I promise that I will be more open-minded and sensitive to improve our
relationship.

2. Discuss on a sheet of paper why you chose the person/s to whom the letter will be
given.
MODULE 3

LESSON 3:
YOU RULE: RESPECT,
UNDERSTAND AND LISTEN TO
EVERYONE!
I. Instruction: Bashing on social media is very rampant nowadays. Come up with a
simple campaign material to promote respect as part of social skill among netizens. It
can be a slogan, poster or audio-visual presentation (if
possible). For slogan or poster, use a short bond paper and any coloring materials.

II. Instruction: Answer the following questions :.

1. What are your experiences of showing respect to people like your family, friends,
and classmates?
My experience showing respect to people like my family is by using respectful
language. I know my boundaries to play and joke around old ones. For my
friend, I listen to and respect their opinions even if it is the opposite of mine.
MODULE 3

2. How do we keep harmony with others especially during this time of pandemic?
To keep harmony with others, we should be sensitive and considerate of others'
feelings and situations. All of us have our problems during this pandemic, and
understanding each other will be a great help to ease the problem or the
feeling.

3. How did the pandemic affect the way you treat people? How do you interact with
other people?
The pandemic has a huge effect on how I treat people. During this pandemic, I
became more shy and uncomfortable to interact with others.

III. Instruction: Make a symbol that can serve as your reminder to always respect
people no matter who they are and where they come from. Do this on a short bond
paper.

This symbol is a combination of a semicolon and a heart. The semicolon in the

middle symbolizes differences because all of us have differences. And even if we
have differences, it shouldn’t be a hindrance for us to have respect for each other,
and that is reminded by the heart symbol.
MODULE 4

LESSON 4:
ME AND MY DECISIONS
I. MYSELF, DECIDING RIGHT AND WRONG

PROCESSING QUESTIONS:
1. How do you compare the two images of yourself?
We can see the difference between the two images. When I make the right
decision, you can see that I am happy, and when I make wrong decisions, I'm sad
or disappointed.

2. What insights did you get from both the experiences of making a right and a wrong
decision?
Making right and wrong decisions made me have a wider perspective on
things. It gave me more lenses to use to see different situations because of the
outcome of those wrong and right decisions I made. Making the right decision
gives me confidence and might make me successful, but making a wrong
decision makes me think more and understand some things that I may not
encounter when I make the right decision.
MODULE 4

3. What changes did both decisions make in your life?

Both decisions made a strong impact on my life. Right decisions made me
continue onto something and be confident, while wrong decisions made me look
and learn more.

4. If given a chance, would you still do the same decisions? Why or why not?
If I was given the chance, I would still make the same decision because that
decision, right or wrong, is the reason why I am here today. Those decisions
made me who I am and my position today.

II. Instruction: Write a narration of a decision you made in the past which you consider
a wrong one. Imagine how it would change if you apply all or any of the ways discussed
in the previous part of the module. What could have happened if the course of action
was different?
A wrong decision I made is when I was in grade 6. There was
this time when one of my classmates insulted me behind my back and told it to
other students. At that time, I talked to her calmly. I asked her questions but I
never forced her to answer because she was crying. I regretted it. I think, I should
confront her and force her to answer my question why did she do that. Because,
even though it happened a long time ago, and maybe she don't even remember it,
my mind is still curious why did she do that. I think I should confronted her at that
time and face her, but because I was shy and coward, I never get the answer I
needed. And the effect of that is until now, i still remember that event. iI still
remember her insults. I think I should have told her that all of her insults are false.
I should have show her that she cannot insult me. Maybe if i did what I think I
should have. I become much stronger and bolder.

III.Instruction: Complete the phrases below.

A right decision for me is a decision that you won't regret.
it is OK to commit a wrong decision as long as you learn from it.
From now on, I will own my decision by learning from it and accepting all the
consequences for making that decision.
