SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES
Skin Contact If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with running
water. If irritation occurs seek medical advice.
Wash contacted area thoroughly with soap and plenty of water. Seek medical
attention in event of irritation.
Eye Contact Wash immediately under running water with eyelids held open. In all cases of
eye contamination it is a sensible precaution to seek medical advice.
Ingestion Do not induce vomiting. Immediately give two glasses of milk, if not
Unconscious. If vomiting occurs spontaneously waist to prevent fluid from
entering lungs. Loosen tight clothing such as collar, tie, etc.
If victim is not breathing, perform mouth to mouth resuscitation.
Seek immediate medical attention.
Do not induce vomiting. Obtain immediate medical advice.
Medical attention and special No specific treatment. Treat symptomatically. Contact poison treatment
treatment specialist immediately if large quantities have been ingested or inhaled.
SECTION 5: FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Flammability of the product In a fire or if heated, a pressure increase will occur and the pail may burst.
Suitable extinguishing media Use extinguishing agent suitable for type of surrounding fire e.g.
Water Spray or Fog, Foam, Carbon dioxide (CO2) and Dry Chemical.
Hazards from combustion Not combustible. Fire extinguishing method of surrounding areas must be
products considered.
Precautions and equipment for fire Non-flammable and Non-explosive
fighters
SECTION 6:ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Personal precautions Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use personal protective clothing.
Environmental precautions Avoid dispersal of spilled material and runoff and contact with soil, waterways,
drains and sewers. Inform the relevant authorities if the product has caused
Revision date: 03/06/2013 2
environmental pollution (sewers, waterways, soil or air).
Large spill Stop leak if without risk. Move pails from spill area. Approach release from
upwind. Prevent entry into sewers, water courses, basements or confined areas.
Wash spillages into an effluent treatment plant or proceed as follows. Contain
and collect spillage with non-combustible, absorbent material e.g. sand, earth,
vermiculite or diatomaceous earth and place in pail for disposal according to
local regulations (see section 13). Dispose of via a licensed waste disposal
contractor. Contaminated absorbent material may pose the same hazard as the
spilled product. Note: see section1 for emergency contact information and
section 13 for waste disposal.
Use safety glass & gloves. Sweep or shovel spilled material using methods
which avoids creating dust and entering it in water streams.
Place in suitable pails & remove for disposal.
Small spill and Leak Prevent product from entering drinking water ,drainage system, waterways,
water streams .Sweep up and place in a closed pail for disposal
Stop leak if without risk. Move pails from spill area. Dilute with water and mop
up if water-soluble. Alternatively, or if water-insoluble, absorb with an inert dry
material and place in an appropriate waste disposal pail. Dispose of via a
licensed waste disposal contractor.
Methods and Materials for Caution slippery when spilt. Spills should be vacuumed or swept up and
Containment and Cleanup: shoveled into appropriately labeled drums for re-use or disposal by a commercial
waste disposal organization. Refer to the local Waste Management Authority and
comply with local regulations.
SECTION 7: HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage Keep pail tightly closed. Keep away from heat & sources of ignition and direct
sun lights. Keep away from frost.
Storage Temperature Keep in +10 to +30℃
Handling Procedures & Handling with care, Avoid from being pressure, Impact prevention

SECTION 8: EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION
Personal Protection in Case of a Splash goggles, full suit, boots, gloves. Suggested protective clothing might not
large Spill be sufficient, consult a specialist before handling this product.
Respiratory Use a properly fitted, air-purifying or air-fed respirator complying with an
approved standard if a risk assessment indicates this is necessary. Respirator
selection must be based on known or anticipated exposure levels, the hazards of
the product and the safe working limits of the selected respirator.

being performed and the risks involved and should be approved by a specialist
before handling this product.
Engineering Controls Use process enclosure, local exhaust ventilation, or other engineering controls to
keep airborne levels below recommended exposure limits. If user operations
generate dust, fume or mist ,use ventilation to keep exposure to airborne
contaminants below the exposure limit
General Protection In order to prevent contamination while handling, closed working clothes and
working gloves should be used. When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Hands
and/or face should be washed before breaks and at the end of the shift.
Other Use barrier creams to protect skin from contact with the material. Always wash
hands before smoking, eating, drinking or using the toilet and after finishing
work. Observe the usual precautions when handling chemicals.
