Bio b. 1994 in Kolkata, India. Visual artist and student of photography


looking forward to working in the fields of artistic practice, research,
education and allied areas. Interested in exploring the relationships
between reality and representation, history and culture, memory and

Bachelor of Engineering, Civil Engineering, Jadavpur University,

Programme Selected to study at Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst(HGB)
Leipzig for the Winter Semester 2018-19 with full scholarship from
Goethe-Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan Mumbai.

Internship 2018
Worked as a research assistant with the artist duo Madhuban Mitra
and Manas Bhattacharya for the production of a found-footage/film
appropriation based cycle of works.

Project Building the Indian Modern: The Architecture of the National Institute
of Design. The project is a photographic meditation on the archi-
tecture of the heritage campus (Ahmedabad) of NID. The final form
would be an NID Press publication, which would weave together a
collection of photographs drawn from the NID archives with pho-
tographs made in the present alongside a series of interviews and
writings that annotate the historical contexts of NID’s formation.

edge of Premiere Pro.
