responsible for the day to day operation of fire, police, emergency services, sa
fety and port operations of 3 naval installations with population of 25,000.
* Operations Director of three installations and manager in the establishment of
Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). Demonstrated a remarkable capability to un
derstand, manage, lead and above all execute the multitude of complex decision p
rocesses required to excel in the most challenging position in the Region.
