Detailed Lesson Plan in Physical Education – II

I- Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the student’s should be able to:
a. Differentiate symmetrical and asymmetrical shapes;
b. Demonstrate momentary stillness in symmetrical or asymmetrical shapes using
body parts other than both feet as a base of support;
c. Discuss the value of cooperation in doing group task.
II- Subject Matter
