PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Tourism Management System involves management of multitude activities such
as studying tour destination, planning the tour.
Tourism Management System enables the users to search for the tours
with ease and those who has booked the tours can get the information related to
that place and is allocated to a tour guide. So, the people can visit the tourist
places without facing any difficulty.
ACTORS:
PRIMARY ACTORS: customer ,guide, admin
SECONDARY ACTORS: admin
FUNCTIONALITIES OF ACTORS:
CUSTOMER
-LOGIN: customer log into the website using his/her credentials.
-SEARCH: customer searches for tours or for tourist place in the search bar.
-BOOKING A TOUR: customer books the respective tour if he/she wishes to
visit the place.
-PAYMENT: after booking a tour customer proceeds to the payment section.
-LOG OUT: can stay logged in or log out when the tasks are done.
AGENT/GUIDE
-LOGIN: agent/guide log into the website using his/her credentials.
-CREATE A TOUR: agent creates a tour.
-PUBLISH A TOUR: agent publishes the tour in the website.
-QUERY MANAGEMENT: answers the questions raised by the
user/customers.
-LOG OUT: can stay logged in or log out when the tasks are done.
ADMIN
-LOGIN: admin log into the website using his/her credentials.
-MANAGE CUSTOMERS: based upon the tourist places he manages the
customers and allocate them to the respective agent/guide.
-MANAGE AGENTS/GUIDE: hires the tour agents and allocate them to the
customers.
-LOG OUT: can stay logged in or log out when the task is done.
