Project Title Donation Drive


“Lending a helping hand to those in need”
 To provide basic needs for children of the said orphanage.
Objectives  To show our care through offering pre-loved items to be used by
the children
To the Children project is a donation drive, specifically grocery items and
pre-loved items to be given to the children of Cebu City Task Force on
Street Children. Group 9’s goal is to provide the children of the said
Rationale orphanage with the needs they needed for daily living and to support them
through this little donation drive. The repack items for distribution to the
children of the orphanage contain a variety of canned goods, instant
noodles and powdered drinks. It also has pre-love items such as clothes.
Venue: Cebu City Task Force on Street Children- Sikatuna St, Cebu City,
Venue, Date and Cebu
Time Date: June 1, 2022
Time: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Beneficiaries The children from the Cebu City Task Force on Street Children
Phase 1: Planning
Group members were all online and present for the planning of the project
proposal through communicating online on Messenger. The Finance
Committee will be collecting 250 (PHP) from all members of the group.
The said committee will be taking a total of 3000 (PHP) that will be used
as budget for the project. The group leader will be assigning a member
that will be tasked on spreading the project to any social media sites. The
donation will be directed to Ms. Blanco’s GCash account.

Phase 2: Grocery and repackage


The Grocery and Repackage Committee purchases grocery items for the
donation drive. After purchase, the committee will gather at Ms. Verano’s
place to collect the preloved items and repack them for distribution. All
Mechanics/ repack items will be stored in Ms. Verano’s place as it is close to the

Phase 3: Turning over of goods


After the Grocery and Repackage Committee purchase the goods that will
be donated for the project, Ms. Verano and Ms. Blanco will be assigned to
turn over the purchased goods to CIT-University, CES

Phase 4: Implementation
Group members chose June 1, Wednesday, as the day of implementing
this project. The members of the project may not be able to visit the venue
to initiate the of repacked items as it is not allowed by the school
university. Instead, the CIT Community Extension Services (CES) will
handle it.
Implementing
Group 9 from R5/R7 taking NSTP112 will implement this project.

NOTE:
 3k is the estimated fund but may increase if there are anonymous donations through
social media.
 The remaining money will either be used to purchase repack materials or other grocery
items.
 Pre-loved items will be repacked separately, and the orphanage in charge will be the
ones to distribute it to the children.
