Smart Meters - Electronic Harassment/Manipulation Devices

Introduction

I will present my evidence below which I believe proves that smart meters have been
weaponized!

Many people are reporting strange illnesses follow the installation of their smart
meter. Research about the electromagnetic field is openly discussed and attributed to
many of the ailments. However it doesn't explain the full range of symptoms
accurately.

I believe the source of the reported illnesses is from the magnetic field for some and
the low frequency noise for others.

The low frequency noise is the less obvious danger. But the persistent tone that is
generated has some very dangerous capabilities. I believe my evidence shows that this
capability is real and was deliberately created.

These smart meters are being used to assault people in their own homes with little
chance of detecting the signal, identifying it and stopping it.

Hearing the signal

I have been hearing a tone very clearly for a couple of years now! At first I thought it
was just the background hum of my own mind.

This lead me to research and experiment with brain wave entrainment (BWE). This is
the use of two frequencies played over headphones. The combined effect is the
perception of a frequency created out of the interference of the two separate
frequencies. This has been proven able to change the frequency of the brain within
minutes. Change the frequency and you have just changed the emotional state of the
subject.

The therapeutic benefits are easily understood. Gain meditation like results without
the training or experience.

Detecting the signal

I was learning about waves, frequencies and harmonics. I started playing around with
free apps to get some hands on understanding. It was all just for something to learn at
the time.

The tone was actually first detected by accident on May 8th, 2016. I was using a free
app called Audioworks that analyses frequencies. I had no control over how the app
did this, all I could do is look at the results. First time I used it the result was 440 Hz
and a series of much quieter harmonics of 440 upto 4,400 Hz.
Here is the screen shot from that day.

At this point I recognized that the 440 Hz frequency could be related to BWE. I just
had no idea how to prove or disprove the significance.

Related Patent?

Shortly after my initial result I came across a patent that seemed to be able to explain
everything.

US patent #: 8,579,793 B1 by James David Honeycutt

Apparatus to affect brain wave entrainment over premises power-line
wiring.

Since finding this patent I have found the following similarities to what I have
recorded in my own home.
Identifiers/Verification

1. The use of a two part signal. Page 14, left column, Line 26-35 of the patent details.

2. The low frequency range used ranges from 1-5000 Hz. Page 14, left column, Line 26-35
of the patent details.

3. Harmonics are used. Page 14, left column, Line 26-35 of the patent details.

4. 440 Hz percieved. Page 15, right column, Line 15, 39 & 41 of the patent.

5. AM radio verification. Page 15, right column, Line 34-50 of the patent.

6. Modulating signal. Page 14, left column, Line 26-35 of the patent details.

7. XOR modulated carrier wave. Page 5, Figure 4b; Page 7, Figure 6; Page 9, Figure 8.

8. Independant professional verification.

9. DTE Energy admitting to the signal.

Identifier 1 - Two part signal (VHF & VLF)

The low frequency square wave I have attributed to the power line signal that is
evident from reading taken at the substation.

Taken from a different frequency scale you can see the harmonic standing wave.
No high frequency signal can be seen from the substation audio.

The high frequency signal can be found when the electrical panel is switched off.

The high frequency signal is creating a lower frequency harmonic even without the
power signal from the low frequency. This is the meter creating this signal.
Identifier 2 - Frequency range 1-5000 Hz

All of my samples of the low frequency noise show the signal ending around 4,400 -
6,000 Hz. The majority show the signal has ended by 5000 Hz.
Identifier 3 - Harmonic signal

This has been a recurring feature that caused me to keep looking at this signal. From
the first time I detected the signal it came with a harmonic standing wave. This feature
is more evident when sampling the signal through a radio or tv.

Also by looking at the frequency power range over a 20 second time frame shows the
harmonic pattern very clearly.

The harmonic nature of the waves create a standing wave. This video made by

Identifier 4 - 440 Hz percieved

The first evidence I had of this was that I could hear a constant 440 Hz tone.

The second evidence I found was the Audioworks app analysis of the signal as being a
440 Hz signal.

The third evidence I found was on my tv. The snow interference pattern showed lines
that would build up and break down. At their peak they match a 440 Hz signal on my
60 Hz tv. The tv interference shows the cumulative effect of the frequencies. We also
experience the cumulative effect as we are unable to pick out the individual
frequencies like electronics can.

Identifier 5 - AM radio verification

The patent refers to their own testing and verification of the signal using an AM radio
set to 1,500 KHz.

I have many samples that show the same pattern of frequencies when the radio is
sampled.

Identifier 6 - Modulating signal

The patent repeatedly states that the signal is modulating. The previous tv shots show
the frequency modulating constantly.

The short samples of audio show that the peak frequencies aren't always present.

Identifier 7 - XOR modulated carrier wave

The patent shows Figures 4b,6 and 8 relating to what the 60 Hz power line with the
XOR modulated carrier wave looks like.

With the XOR modulated carrier wave the sign wave is warped. The peak is twisted
back slightly and the trough is twisted forwards slightly. This is the same pattern
identified by the Audioworks app. When the harmonic volume is changed from the
initial flat state to what we see in the samples, the same warped sign wave can be
seen.

Could this app have come up with a wave form that matches the patent at the
harmonic frequency of 440 Hz purely by accident? I don't think the app was wrong
with its analysis!
Identifier 8 - Independant professional verification

While investigating the signal I started corresponding with Mr James David

Honeycutt. Mr Honeycutt is the inventor named on the patent.

I sent Mr Honeycutt some of my earliest data and asked his opinion on what I had
found. Mr Honeycutt was completely unaware of the use of his technology in smart
meters.

After some discussion and back and forth with data Mr Honeycutt came to the
following conclusion.

Email from September 10th, 2016:

"With regard to the Smart Meter, I believe it is not the source per se of the
signal, but an effective repeater of the signal. My theory is that whoever
is responsible for sending this 'test' signal, and that's what I believe it
is, just a test so far, whoever is responsible has either exploited a
weakness or feature in the meter or very possibly the meter was purposely
designed to repeat such signals."

He has refrained from further comment while conducting his own research.

Mr Honeycutt's invention is not available for purchase. As far as I can tell it was never
manufactured with Mr Honeycutt's knowledge.

Identifier 9 - DTE Energy admitting to the signal

This was taken from the YouTube channel Lookoutfacharlie. Thank you for your
valuable contribution.

It contains an audio recording of a DTE Energy employee admitting that the signal is
real. She goes on to say that she also has the signal at home. She can also be heard
saying that she is getting lots of calls about it.

The power company removed the smart meter and the signal continued. The recording
covers the visit where an antenna was removed from the basic meter that replaced the
smart meter.
Identifier 10 - Other evidence

Whilst researching this topic I have come into contact with other that have been
detecting this signal.

The signal has been detected in homes and cars!

The most powerful signal here is 440 Hz. Sampled by a target that has the signal at
home also.
Conclusion

I believe the evidence is more than just compelling! it's undeniable!!

This is the very latest technology. It has a recognizable structure. The intent here was
to hide the signal. Proving that those involved know this is criminal in nature.

Many are experiencing this covert electronic harassment. The symptoms experienced
include: Insomnia, Fatigue, Fear, Depression and Anxiety!

But the most disturbing aspect of all this is the capabilities of this weapon. This is a
system that is capable of covertly changing your emotional state! Within minutes
millions could be influenced on an emotional level without their knowledge or
consent. This has the ability to sway public opinion of key events with no changes or
additional equipment required.

Its bad enough that this system is currently being used to attack and possibly soft kill
targets for undisclosed reasons. But this represents the end of the democratic process
and the birth of the Orwellian state.

The tactics used follow the pattern of narcissistic abuse. Few people are so toxic that
they will attempt to drive someone crazy with covert manipulations. The damage done
to gaslighting victims is horrendous, too frequently ending in the suicide of the
victim. Gaslighting is a form of psychological torture! This is the true extent of the
criminal behaviour aimed at the victims.

I find it unimaginable that Landis + Gyr (Toshiba Corporation), utility companies,

governments and law enforcement would be unaware of this weapon aimed at their
civilian populations. This can only be a collaboration! Especially since I have
informed Fortis Alberta, CSIS, Minister Ralf Goodale, Prime Minister Justin Trudea
and the federal Justice Minister for Canada. The silence from them all has been
deafening!!!

Our governments know of this, they are the beneficiaries of having a controllable
population.

This is so brazen that our criminal records system CPIC is being used to orcastrate
this abuse. To date the RCMP has 420,000 records on people with no charges, arrests
or convictions. 2200 of these targets have been labeled "mentally unstable" by RCMP
officers! How many other worn out gaslighting terms have been used? How many of
the 420,000 can we call gaslighting victims? More importantly! How many of these
gaslighting victims have committed suicide?
