To whom it may concern:

This is to certify that ADRIAN DENNIS T. SUMICAD class has no


identified students with disabilities, giftedness or talents and no
identified learners from indigenous groups, for these reasons the above-
mentioned teacher will not be able to carry out indicator 8 and 9
(objective 9 & 10) of class observation rating tool of the RPMS-PPST.
In line of this, she opt to submit Set B as MOV to the above mentioned
indicators/objectives as stated in RPMS-PPST guidelines.

Given this 20th day of April, 2022 at Tambulig National High School,
Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur.

Bilang isang guro kasali na sa aking gawain ang paggawa ng


pananaliksik para sa karagdagang kaalaman ng mga mag aaral.Ito'y
naging gabay nila upang lalo silang masigasig sa pagtuklas sa bagong
kaalaman sa paksang inilahad.
ANNOTATION

Progressivism is evident on the lesson plan that I made. It


is based on the positive changes and problem-solving approach.
It is about exploration and experience. I simply act as facilitator
in the classroom where the learners explore. In the Presentation
of the lesson. The learners to follow instruction. They are in a
small group where they discuss/debate on them how to perform
or follow the instructions given. I guide the learners using
suggestions and difficult questions.

Progressivism is also evident in different parts of the


lesson plan. In Practicing New Skills, they apply their
knowledge in plotting points in a Cartesian Plane. To develop
mastery, they are in a small group and explore the Cartesian
Plane in finding the hidden image by connecting the points. All
throughout the lesson I only act as the facilitator al through the
teaching and learning process.
