Based On Tubs Exploration report that compiled by TUBS Geologist Mr.


Gunawan, it is stated :
• LATERITE ZONE : Inferred resource in area 300 Ha in southern part area,
with Ni Grade ≥ 1.75% Is about 5.400.000 WMT
• LIMONITE ZONE : Inferred resource in area 300 Ha in southern part area,
with Ni Grade ≥ 1.20% - 1.75% Is about 17.280.000 WMT

• Clean and Clear is still on application stages
• Northern part overlap with other IUP

Opportunities
• Relatively High Grade Nickel Deposit
• Short distance to port site (relatively low operational cost)
• Most exploration done in south part area in APL Area and not

• IUP owner is family of Morowali Bupati
