IndiaMart – Project Outline
IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. is an Indian e-commerce company that
provides B2C, B2B and customer to customer sales services via its
web portal. IndiaMART was the first company to test the IPO
market in the Modi Government’s Second tenure.
We are taking up the Marketing & Sales domain of the Porters Value
Chain wherein we will be considering their current marketing
strategy and what else can they focus on in order to increase their
customer base.
We will be using different framework that are applicable on various
points of our project and each person will be taking one part his/her
name is mentioned alongside.
