Problem Identification: -
T here is a XYZ company which is making smart
watches for People who loves to wear Gadgets,
like Smart Watches and found that the sales of
this product are not much as it was before.
The company went into finding out why the user are not
using the product and what changes they want to be
made in the product.
On doing research it was found that the user’s need was
something Different which was quite difficult or take it as
a challenge to full fill their customer requirements i.e.,
ways of Payments option through which He/ She would
able to Pay their Dues amounts easily and others,
The others Problems are:
Battery Drain
Smartwatch batteries tend to drain quickly. Your
smartwatch can also drain your smartphone’s battery if
you have the two devices linked. This is because your
smartwatch will be relying on your phone’s much larger
memory to help it work.
Fix the weak connection
Most of the time, the mobile phone is connected to the
smartwatch via Bluetooth. Sometimes, it happens that in
close range, the connection seems to be very weak.
Whatever the reasons are, you need to resolve the
matter immediately. First, make sure that both the
devices are at close proximity. If the issue still persists,
then turn off the smartwatch and the mobile device.
Watches never turn on when you want them to / always
turn on when you don’t
Almost every smartwatch with a full-size LCD or
AMOLED panel makes the same promise: there’s no
need to press a button or tap the screen to wake it up;
you just need to raise your wrist to chest level (or give it
a solid shake) and the screen will flash to life. Problem is,
none of them do that consistently.

the safe security and 2 factor authentication to their
customer and there’s poor coordination of the touch
sensitivity with devices and sometimes it fails to do any
other activity and many more.
Payment ways
customer not able do any type of monetary transaction
through smart watch just like other smart phone use for
online payments through Google pay, Paytm, Pay Pal and
many more.
The job the user wants to be done
The company found that the user wants some especial
features that can easily do
(i)_The monetary Transaction
(ii)_Secure Every Transaction through PIN, Fingerprint
(iii)_Better performance of battery backup
(iv)_Proper connectivity of gadgets through app
and when they do the survey.
They want a “Bracelet wallet” which Includes the features of
money/ Bank transaction and Digital currency, just done by
Bracelet.
System Analysis
System is what needs to be improved in design, what new to
be added in the product which increase the performance of
the product.
Design the product in such manner that it is easy to operate
and portable
