Hamer married women grind red clay rock to
make hair dye powder. These braids are called
goscha

A textile pattern made by the inspiration of


the color also braids.
They use different kind of accessories among them there is beaded necklace
and headwear. I was inspired by the color and combination of the beaded art
and did textile pattern that can be used for bags, curtains and other products.
Hamer's have different ways to make their face and body beautiful. One of
them is painting.
Used their
doted paint as
part of the
textile
pattern.
NOTE
I am a motivated and creative Garment Engineer
who has always had different perspective towards
designing. I am highly impassioned for working
with colors, making patterns and
designing(sketching). However I focus on making
pattern and cloth stitching where I largely work.

My biggest strength lies in the fact that I can


multitask at a given time under pressure to meet
strict deadlines.
