Guidelines on Submitting of Admission Documents
Effective July 21, 2020 until further notice
Preparing the Documents
1. Kindly enclose all admission documents including the signed Commitment to Fulfill
Requirements Form in a sealed plastic/transparent envelope (one envelope per
student, multiple envelopes may be sent in one package).
2. On each envelope, please write the student’s full name and list of document(s) that are
enclosed.
3. We highly recommend taking a photo of the contents of the envelope prior to sealing for
future reference.
For sending via mail/courier (LBC, DHL, etc.)
1. Please send an email to [email protected] to notify us of the package you sent and
indicate the student’s name, complete list of document(s), name of the courier service
provider utilized, and the shipping/waybill reference number (follow Step 3).
For sending via same-day delivery courier services (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
1. Please send a text message to the mobile number indicated below at least one hour
prior to your planned schedule of booking. Please indicate the student’s name, complete
list of document(s), and name of the courier company you are using.
2. Book the pick-up from your place and delivery to our office.

3. The package will be received outside the gate, one person at a time will be
accommodated.
4. Our team will log the received package and name of the delivery personnel in our
logbook. They will not be asked to sign to prevent physical contact.
5. We will send you a text message confirming the receipt of the package only.
6. Opening, validating, and confirmation of the actual list of documents that you sent will be
made after three (3) working days as we will have the document(s) under quarantine.
7. The parent’s is responsible in tracking the whereabouts of the package once handed
over to the delivery person until we confirm that the document was received from our
end via text message. They will also coordinate with the service provider regarding any
delay, loss, or other problems that may arise while the package is being transported.
