Data Gathering Procedure

The researcher asked permission from the school principal to


administer the questionnaire to teachers in the Senior High School.

The researchers personally administered the questionaire to the


respondent teachers.

The questionnaires were gathered and tabulated by the researchers.

Research Instrument

The researchers used an instrument taken from the internet. It has


already validated so there was no more need to validate it.

The instrument was made of three parts. The first part asked for the
data of the respondent. The second part was about the motivation of
teachers. Whole the third part was about the motivational strategies
used by the teacher.
