Requirements to Secure Admission:

To secure your enrollment, you are required to provide the following to the Admission Office at Abbottabad Campus, by 31
Aug 2022
Willingness/Acceptance Consent - Confirm your willingness/acceptance of this offer by filling out and signing the form
attached with this letter (Annexure A)
Payment of Dues - Payment of Dues / Fee is to be remitted / deposited only through valid Challan Form at the Specified /
Designated Bank(s) / Branch(es). The detail of Fee is Rs. 137,500/- (Rs. 22,000/- one time charges + 115,500/-
Semester Dues ) Please also note that the above mentioned Fee is subject to revision / change for subsequent
semesters during the program as CUI notifies from time to time. No installments will be allowed at the time of
admission.

Beneficial Information (Please read carefully): Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fee -In case of cancellation/
withdrawal of admission at CUI, the refund will be made as per CUI policy mentioned below:

Please Note that NO INTERNET PRINT OUTS of any Result Cards’ results (except NTS) are acceptable. Please
submit required documents by hand before : 31 Aug 2022

Result Awaiting Candidates:

All result awaiting candidates must submit their result card within two weeks of the announcement of results to the
concerned office at campus. The admission of such candidates is liable to be cancelled in case they fail to meet the
desired eligibility criteria after announcement of their results by concerned university / board.

Note: You are advised to provide the aforementioned documents by 31 Aug 2022 positively, failing which your seat
will be offered to the next awaiting candidate.

Admissions in any discipline of CUI are provisional and subject to the fulfillment of all academic requirements. The status of the
provisional admission at CUI will be deemed “Confirmed” after verification process of last studied certificate/degree from the
relevant board / Institute is completed. The University reserves the right to cancel admission at any stage during your stay at CUI,
in case you do not possess the requisite qualification and /or percentage of marks in qualifying degree and/ or provide any false
information/facts.

Your acceptance to join the university will be considered with the understanding that during your stay at CUI, you will observe or
abide by all conditions stated above and also the rules, regulations, policies and standing orders issued by the university
authorities from time to time. Non –Observance of any of these conditions can lead to your disqualification/removal from the
university at any time.

Submission of documents can be made during 9AM to 3PM (Weekdays only) in the admission office at CUI,
Abbottabad Campus.
