These are the only buckets where activities are created from Clarity No change to Bucket's external_ id (no
change needed to existing integration) Renamed to indicate these buckets belong to IMPACT flows.

New OFSC Color Scheme
Callout screen is not yet mandatory, you can use this as reference to add
client’s preferred schedule.
You may also update the location in callout details if necessary
To add access schedule
Click the edit icon:

Access Hour/s for client’s preferred schedule.
Exception days is for client’s unavailability.
Select specific days, add start and end time then click Add
Exception Date is for Client’s unavailability
Click (+) sign to add schedule and (–) sign to remove schedule, click apply.
Then submit
You may update the location if the address confirmation is incorrect
Click update location
Input the correct address with Zip Code
Then click update
*Note: you will only use update location if necessary.
Then click submit
