Applicant : Okay, thank you for your service
Applicants go to the HRD manager's room
Applicant : Excuse me, can i come in?
HRD Manajer : Yes please, take a seat
What is your name?
Applicant : My name is Bambang Susilo Nugraha
HRD Manager: Are you ready for interview?
Applicant : Yes Miss/Ma’am
HRD Manager: Tell me about yourself!
Applicant : I am an undergraduate student who graduated from Padjajaran University,
Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Management
HRD Manager: What is your strength?
Applicant : I am proficient in using a computer and operating several software in it such
as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. I can also type ten fingers
quickly and accurately.
HRD Manager: What is your weakness?
Applicant : My weakness is that I can't work in groups, I feel more calm and enjoy when
I do all the work with my own results.
HRD Manager: Why are you interested in this company?
Applicant : Because this company is one of the largest companies in Indonesia engaged
in banking, and it is definitely guaranteed for the welfare of its employees.
HRD Manager: Why are you interested in this position?
Applicant : Because I have experience working in one of the regional inspectorate
agencies as a general division administrative staff, so it's not difficult for me
to adaptation in this company later.
HRD Manager: What contribution can you make to the company?
Applicant : Of course I will carry out my work with the maximum possible performance,
so that the organizational goals of this company are achieved.
HRD Manager: Okay! maybe that's all the questions from this interview, I'm quite impressed
with some of your answers and congratulations you are accepted as one of
the employees in this company!
Applicant : Thank you!
The applicant left HRD , then HRD called the secretary to ask for the director’s whereabouts.

Tut tut tut (phone rings)

HRD manager : good morning

Secretary : Morning, ma ‘am, how may I help you?
HRD manager : is the director in the room?
Secretary : it just so happens that the director is outside, ma ‘am, do you have any
messages I should give him?
HRD manager: he has a letter he needs to sign
Secretary : I’ll call the director first then
HRD manager: thank you!

The secretary called the director to inquire about the whereabouts of the director.

Secretary : good morning, ma ‘am

Director : morning, why did you call me?
Secretary : is mom still outside?
Director : it just so happens I’m still outside
Secretary : this HRD called me asking for your whereabouts because you had a letter to
sign
Director : I’ll be on my way to the office as soon as I’ve finished packing
