1.3 Anticipated Timeline/Schedule
Dates to be mutually agreed upon by ComNet and Client. Based on product availability, we anticipate the
work can commence within 6-9 months of order, presumably. The space will be out of service, and
ComNet must have exclusive access to the space during the installation period. All work will be performed
during normal business hours, between 8am and 6pm.
Please note that due to supply chain issues (out of ComNet’s control) the following manufacturers have
an estimated lead time of 6+ months, subject to change:
Extron (based on execution of PO and Que placement in their system).
Please Note:
Based on the date of award, material lead time and pricing may change based on supply and demand of
products, copper and chip availability and is outside the control of ComNet. If major fluctuations in the
price of copper and products rise 5% or greater, ComNet reserves the right to issue a change order for the
price increases.
Pricing assumes Covid-19 vaccinations are not required for workers to access the job site. Further, pricing
does not include the costs for repeat Covid-19 testing to gain access to a job site.
Client is to provide ComNet Project Manager with details of any special requirements related to COVID-
19, including vaccination status reporting, or testing requirements for installation personnel 10 days prior
to the scheduled installation date. If the ComNet team arrives on site and is not granted access due to
client Covid protocols not relayed to the ComNet PM, a remobilization fee maybe assessed.
• Please note all equipment from Addendum 3 has been ordered, should any items from Crestron
arrive prior to this C/O being executed an addition change order(s) will be issued for restocking
and shipping & handling fees.
