INTRODUCTION
Lighting is sometimes described as both an art and an engineering
discipline, yet the art of design may be reduced to a set of principles.
Electrical distributors can exhibit knowledge and differentiate themselves by
grasping these ideas. They can initiate a conversation with owners that
begins with application requirements and finishes with equipment sales.
Lighting is a corporate asset that should be carefully assessed for
investment with the correct design and equipment. The majority of our
impressions of the environment are formed through our eyes, and vision
requires light. As a result, the majority of people view the world through the
medium of light.
The application of light to areas is referred to as "lighting." Not only
may where the light is situated, at what relative intensities, and in what
direction affect eyesight and visual comfort, but it can also affect perception.
Not only does light alter perceptions of the area and its owner, but so does
the lighting equipment itself.

DESIGN PROBLEM
A comfortable yet aesthetically pleasing room is frequently
what a teenager desires, especially now that we live in the
modern day. Being a student with a lot of work to accomplish, a
good night's sleep is usually a welcome reward
The client is a Batangas State University Interior Design student.
She had always desired a bedroom with adequate lighting and a
relaxing atmosphere. She wanted a bedroom that is both basic
and beautiful, as well as attractive to the eye. She also claimed
that she enjoys photography.
Because the area is so large, she wanted to make the most of it
yet keeping it basic and minimalist. The client also desired a
distinctive yet functional lighting in her room, where she could
snap photos and unwind after a long day of homework.
DESIGN SOLUTION
To address the problem, the designers and the
client decided to incorporate thunder and clouds into
the overall design concept. To create a mood in the
room, the designers placed led lights around the mirror,
bookshelf, and bed frame. This room's entire wall is just
a simple white wall, but they turn it into an unique
accent wall. Using polyester fiber fill as the clouds and
the led strip lights as the thunder. The installed light is a
tri-color light that complements the client's mood for
her room.
DESIGN SOLUTION
The designer utilized LED lighting to provide
the customer with the lighting she desired
while saving money on electricity.
