Seeking a responsible middle management position in Saudi Aramco Work

Job Responsibilities
⮚ Monitoring health and safety.
⮚ Safety training of new comer of project Staffs and workers.
⮚ Ensure all permits are available for works on site & all safety precautions are taken.
⮚ Inspection of Construction Equipment & Lifting Equipment and Scaffoldings.
⮚ Assuring compliance of equipment and systems with official certification/approvals
⮚ Identifying training needs.
⮚ Providing a safe work Environment, Manage, Supervise and report to management on the day to
day Safety issues.
⮚ Participating and supervising monthly safety campaign.
⮚ Participating in routine safety inspection, safety audits and safety walkthrough.
⮚ Co-ordinating with client’s HSE Management on different construction issues.
⮚ Preparing and sending daily observation report to the management.
⮚ Accident and incident Reporting, and Investigating.
⮚ Recommends disciplinary actions to safety violators who unnecessarily expose themselves or other
to injury or to property damage.
⮚ Monthly Mess and camp inspection.
⮚ Conducting safety talk and other safety Awareness training.
⮚ Accident Investigation and Corrective Action.
⮚ Safety talks on sites & advice for using safety measures, Conduct HSE awareness program.
⮚ Suggest ideas regularly to management to motivate workers for safe work practice.
⮚ Conducted fire / evacuation drills.
