Hey Mr./Mrs. _______(prospect first name), my name is _______. How are you doing today?
I am calling in regards to the form you filled out on Facebook about (.......insert the option they requested
from below) ... Do you remember that?

1. Helping you save the $170.10 on your social security check for the part B premium.

2. The Veterans benefits that can save you up to $150 monthly on your social security check for the part
premium.

3. Seeing if you are eligible to receive the food card benefits that you can go grocery shopping with.
4. Seeing if you are eligible to receive the flex card benefits.
5. Healthy options card that allows you to grocery shop, pay utility bills etc.

(If they answer YES) - Great, the purpose of my call is to schedule a phone appointment for you and the
assigned advisor to determine your eligibility. The zip code you provided to us is (provide the zip or email
or info in the CRM and continue. Do not wait for approval. You are simply telling them and not asking!!).
(if they answer NO) - No worries, it is a lot to keep up with. The form I am referring to is about …(explain

Medicare Live Transfer Script

Hello! Good Afternoon Mrs./ Mr. __________(prospect first name) how are you doing?
Mr./Mrs. (First name), my name is ______(VA name) and I am calling in regards to the form you filled

Steps to warm transfer:

1. Below you see the CRM’s buttons to press for warm transfer
Next, select the call & hold button. It will play music for the client and transfer to the

agents phone.

3. Lastly, once transferred, and introduced, select the patch call. This will hang up the phone

for you so you can call the next client.

medicare.

I know you get a bunch of calls from all these call centers. Our team of advisors are independent,
meaning they have access to all companies out there, where most agents just work for one
company.

Have you picked out a medicare plan yet?

If they say yes, say “ I commend you on getting a head start, (client first name).

What I would like to do is get you scheduled for a 5-10 minute call with one of our advisors, so he/she
can make sure that you are aware of all the options out there, based on your needs. We help with
things such as checking if you’re eligible for the food card, flex card, apply for assistance
programs and much more.

This will not take long at all.
