TL REYGINE: Scouting programs have instilled in youth the values found in the
scout promise and law. Today these values are just as relevant in helping youth grow to their
full potential. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics,
leadership skills and citizenship.
TL ERNELINE: To start our program, let us all stand for the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem t be conducted by Troop Leader Olivia C. Esteban, followed by a prayer to
be led by Troop Leader Jenny Ann A. Gamayon.
TL REYGINE: Now, may I call on Troop Leader Edwin L. Cordova, CESTA President for
his opening remarks. Let’s give him a round of applause.
TL ERNELINE: Thank you very much sir for that very energetic opening message.
At this moment, may I call on Mr. Arnolfo T. Ramos, GPTA President for his words of
welcome. Please give him a round of applause.
TL REYGINE: Thank you sir for that heartfelt welcome. At this juncture, may we
hear a message coming from our endearing schools district supervisor Dr. Roxy R. Aranda.

TL ERNELINE: Thank you ma’am for that very inspiring message. And now let us
witness the marching of Mr. BSP and Ms. GSP 2022. Lets give them a big big hand.
TL REYGINE: At this point, may I request all the scouts and scouters to please
rise for our scout promise and law. This will be led by scout Wrein Erin R. Meneses, Scout
Thirdie L. Calingcaling, Patrol Leader Janeah Jen S. Pallaya and Patrol Leader Von Mathew
M. Espiritu, respectively.
