Scope
The certification is open to security engineers who need to deal with
Hikvision devices and looking to show their skills and expertise in video
surveillance.
Purpose
Hikvision certification program helps to validate advanced level of
knowledge in video surveillance.
Hikvision certification program is to help individuals and companies prove
the competence and skills in video surveillance industry.
Hikvision certification is to be a unique differentiator for end users when
selecting their video surveillance integrator.
Training type:
Classroom training & Hikvision E-learning
HCSA 3
Hikvision Certification System
HCSE is focused on security system
design training with Hikvision security
devices. It is designed for technical
elites who design the whole security
system and provide vertical solutions.
Trainee must pass HCSA & HCSP and
then can apply for HCSE.
HCSP is focused on advanced
technical operation & complicated
principle training on Hikvision security
devices. It is designed for technical
backbones with at least 3 years’
security work experience who is skillful
at solving complicated technical
problems. Trainee must pass HCSA
then can apply for HCSP.
HCSA is focused on basic and essential
operation & maintenance training on
Hikvision security devices. It is designed for
security technical engineers who has worked
in security industry for several years and
gained some security basics.

HCSA Test
Test would be arranged after the training, the test includes theoretical test and
operation test. Passing score≥80%. Those who pass the test can get Hikvision certificate.
Electronic mail will be sent to individual(s) if he/she is successful in the program.
Unsuccessful individuals can request to retake the test within 90 days.
HCSA 6
Certificate
Hikvision would issue the certificate to those who pass the certification.
Individuals can take this certificate to his new company. Hikvision would admit it in its
validity period.
It takes around 2 months for successful individuals to receive the certificates.
LEVEL CERTIFICATE VALIDITY
HCSA 24 months.
HCSP 24 months.
HCSE 24 months.

Certified
Register Recertification
Because of new technologies and products emerges quickly, Hikvision
requires that certified professionals recertify their credential by retaking
the exam. Recertification candidates must retake the exam before their
current certification expires.
Trainee can register 3 months prior to your certification expiration
date to update his certificate. Otherwise the qualification is invalidated.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES
Have a proficient knowledge about Hikvision products and can
give a product recommendation in relation to network and
analog security solutions.
Have a proficient knowledge of how to configure on Hikvision
security devices.
Have a proficient knowledge of how to use Hikvision VMS to
monitor and configure security devices.
Have a proficient knowledge of IT networks, network operations
on security devices and troubleshooting.
Have a proficient knowledge of how to troubleshoot some
general network or security device problems.

In order to continually assess and improve the effectiveness of our training and the overall
training schedule, we will issue a training evaluation form after the training is finished. We will
ask you to give your marks and write down your suggestions about the training you receive.
