The blueprint for internals is as follows;
➔ Section A Short Answers: 4(Q) * 2(M) = 8 marks
➔ Section B Essay Answers: 2(Q) * 6(M) =12 marks
➔ Assignments 5 case laws will be given the need to prepare notes on the above 5 case laws 5 (CL)
* 2(M)= 10 marks
So, the total internal: is 20 marks, and the Assignment is 10 marks

Assignment: CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
1. There was a breach of fundamental rights by a deemed university. Can the students seek remedies
utilizing the writ jurisdiction? Advise them citing a relevant case law.
2. Basic structure theory and Keshvananda Bharati case.
3. Women belonging to a certain age group were denied entry to a religious institution. Is there any
decided case?
4. Indira Sawhney v. Union of India/Mandal Commission case and its relevance in reservation policies
laid down in Indian Constitution.
5. Mr. X committed adultery. Can he be punished under the relevant section of the Indian Penal Court?

which the car slid towards a crowded street. Q noticed this and tried to stop the car, and sustained

1. Article 19(1)(G) - Right to carry out profession, occupation, and its relationship with environmental
law. Illustrate with case laws.
2. In a particular area, a pond (water body) was allotted to Mr. X. An appeal was filed against the
allotment. Discuss the rights.
3. Mr. V has highlighted in his Public Interest Litigation that the Drugs Consultative Committee has
banned some drugs. However he contended that some of these drugs are continuing in the market,
though recommended for being banned. Will Mr. V succeed?
4. Pixie Hotels has been part of a privately owned resort group. The group started a new club with all
facilities adjacent to a flowing river after clearing the trees, boulders, etc. A leading advocate filed a
case (PIL) on the effect of these clearance on the environment and consequence effects.
5. A mighty river flowing across the length and breadth of the country was lined up industries and
human settlements. This became the major source of pollution of the river. A PIL was filed for
