Trailer Two.

Act 1.

1. Protagonist introduction
Adonis as a kid is shown in front of a TV screen.
The house is only illuminated by the light of the screen.
Adonis is watching a film noir, a famous quote he says in the next scene playing.
(The film is The Thin Man, and the quote is “The next person that says Merry Christmas to me,
I’ll kill them)

2. ???
“Congratulations on the promotion.”
The scene of Bazin telling this to Adonis plays again.
Adonis replies with “The next person that says that to me, I’ll kill them.”
Adonis proceeds to smile.
“I’m sorry?” Bazin raises his eyebrows and asks?
Adonis stops smiling and asks, “You don’t know the reference?”
The scene then cuts to the manager and Bazin’s blank faces.
“Seriously?” Adonis asks.

“I guess they promote anyone these days,”

Bazin says. “Even ones still stuck in the 1900s.”

3. Film title and production logo

The film title and production logo are both displayed.
They start with color before glitching to in black and white.
Act 2.

1. Antagonist
A series of Bazin plays, displaying him in color and arrogance.
“I don’t understand why you can’t just arrest him.”
Adonis’ voice is played over the scenes of Bazin.

The scene cuts to the police room before.

Adonis looks worn out and has purple undertone eyes.
The detective replies exasperatedly to Adonis
“He ain’t do nothing yet. I can’t arrest a man because you’re off the rails and suspect him.”
“When I turn up accidently dead by…
Adonis pauses for effect before continuing
Jumping out of my building, I’ll blame you for doing nothing.” He finishes.
“Cry me a river.”
The detective replies before telling him to leave.

2. Conflict
Adonis stares at the wall he constructed.
He stares widely and franticly at it as he traces the red strings in the air.
The undertones of his eyes are purple, he has not slept in a while.

“You’ve damn lost it, Adonis!” his manager yells, over the phone.
His manager tells him he needs to drop his lead.
“It’s Bazin. It’s damn Bazin. I know it.” Adonis exclaims.
His manager firmly tells him he knows he’s wrong.
When Adonis asks how he’s certain, the scene changes
The music stops

A scene of Bazin bloodied up and scared on the floor is shown

He puts his hand up as if to stop the attacker. (The scene is in color)
“Wait, wait!” he pleads before the screen goes black.

The manager’s voice is heard.

“Because he’s dead, Adonis.”

3. New Antagonist
A scene shows a woman’s hand.
Her nails are painted red
She has a blank business card between her fingers.
Blank, save for the lipstick stain on it.

As she stops fiddling with the card, and goes to place it down,
The movement shifts to replace the card with a knife.
Whilst this shift happens, the color changes to black and white.

A title sequence (in film noir font) displays “This changes everything.” With the voice of Adonis.
Act 3.

1. Establishing shot
A shot of Adonis standing before the window gazing at the city is shown.
His hands are behind his back and his posture is confident.

A shot of the city is then shown from above (or from crane shot)
“It’s a big city.” His manager says as a voiceover. “And you have a lot of enemies.”

The shot changes.

Adonis is again walking through the office and seeing his colleague.
This time, the clip shows his colleague glaring at Adonis after he has turned his back.

The shot cuts back to Adonis’ back.

“It’s not that big of a city,” Adonis replies, “she won’t be that hard to find.”

The music halts.

The camera cuts to the manager,
“She?” (Color is now restored)

2. New Antagonist
Like the costume sequence in the first trailer,
The girl from the bar is shown putting on lipstick.
Then she puts on earrings.
Then her heels.
Finally, she smooths her dress
The scene changes to show her gazing at her mirror

She looks at her reflection in a sultry motion before saying,

“I’ll remember your face, Ester.”
“Ester Adonis.” She says again.
She brings her fingers up to mimic a gun.
In the reflection of the mirror, she looks at the camera.
She mimics firing the gun and says “Pow” before the screen cracks.

3. ???
“Do you have any idea who I am?” Adonis asks the woman.
Adonis is at the bar with the woman, his glass is empty, hers is full.
Before she can respond, he gets a call, his manager tells him about the threat.

Adonis looks up from his phone as he did in trailer one.

Only now he glances, with his eyes, behind him to the girl.

He then gives the woman his business card

She picks it up and places a kiss on it, her red lipstick staining the card.
“I’ll remember your face, Ester.” She says.
“I’ll try to forget yours.” (The mob, 1951) Adonis retorts and winks
The scene cuts to the girl smirking before the camera pans up to her entire face.
4. Climax
“You go around diggin’ buried graves, you gonna make enemies out of demons.”
The detective’s dialogue is played over a clip of Adonis flashing a light in a dark house.
He sees enormous framed pictures of the previously deceased men hanging in a house.
A crashing sound from somewhere in the house sounds.

Adonis running from the first trailer is shown again.

When he stops running, he calls his manager.

The scene cuts again to a man’s body on the floor.

The setting is in an office.
The face of the man cannot be seen but there is blood on the floor.
The outfit is the same as the manager’s and Bazin’s.
Adonis’ phone tells him to leave a message.

All Adonis gets out is “I know who it is.”

Before he is hit in the head by a concealed figure behind him.

5. Closing Sequence
The last scene is of Adonis.
His face is bloodied, and he is visibly tied to a chair.
He smiles widely.
“You twisted soul. I knew it.”
A gunshot rings and the scene cuts

6. Film title
The title of the film is animated and shown in color
It lasts a few seconds before the release date and screening are shown
