10. Where SPC is used on similar products:
 Are the processes in control and stable?
 Are Cpk’s greater than 1.33
11. Is all documentation i.e. Process Flow, Process Control Plan, FMEA,
Inspection Checksheets, DMS, Packaging Instructions, etc.
accurate and clearly describe the process? Can initial sample date be
met?
