This lesson plan aims to teach students about different types of wiring diagrams. It will have the students identify, draw, and appreciate the importance of schematic, line, pictorial, and actual wiring diagrams. The lesson will begin with greetings, attendance checking, and a review activity. Students will then participate in a naming diagram game for motivation. They will work in groups to complete diagram activities and report their findings. A discussion will follow about diagram difficulties and importance. To apply the concepts, students will draw diagrams to solve an electrician problem. They will be evaluated on naming and drawing schematic and line diagrams, and assigned to draw additional diagrams for homework.
