Jessa is the youngest child of Mr. Efren A. Celocia and Mrs. Lucy P. Celocia. She is 25
years old and a resident of Purok-1 Laturan, Libona, Bukidnon.
Client is born in Phillips Memorial Hospital, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. She completed her
elementary education at Laturan Elementary School in 2009 as 1st Honorable Mention. She
then had her secondary education at Holy Cross High School but then transferred to Libona
National High School where she graduated in 2013. She then proceeded to college at
Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan and graduated in year 2018.
