EMCEE SCRIPT
INTRO:
ZYRA: Christmas is a season of praise and thanksgiving for the incarnation of
God in Jesus Christ, and continues through the Day of Epiphany. The name
Christmas comes from the season's first service, the Christ Mass. Epiphany
comes from the Greek word epiphania, which means "manifestation." Therefore,
we celebrate Christmas as a symbol of love and happiness. Ladies and
gentlemen, a pleasant morning to one and all. I'm glad you could make to our
"Jolly and Merry" Christmas party!
ZYRA: IT’S CHRISTMAS TIME AGAIN! a time for sharing and giving love.
PATS: Yes you're right, it is indeed a time for sharing and for parties.
Today we are celebrating our Christmas party. Hope everyone will enjoy the
competition to be performed by my fellow students, enjoy the games that we
prepared and wins some of the awards and maybe win some prices .
ZYRA: ok so we are gathered here today to celebrate a very special day, a day
where we cherish the spirit of Christmas with joy and compassion and celebrate
the upcoming birth of our Lord and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
PATS: and by the way let us introduce ourselves first my name is Pats and this is
my partner in crime
ZYRA: Zyra Mae
BOTH: and we are your emcees for today.
ZYRA:So without further adieu, let us formally open our program by a prayer to
be led by Maggie A. Posadas, i am requesting everyone to please stand.

PATS: You may now take your seat, now let us hear first a welcome message by
our president Romel C. Abobotal.
PATS: thank you for that welcome address mr./ms. President Romel C.
Abobogtal, and now let us call on our most appreciated adviser, Mrs. Rosalyn P.
Uson to give an inspirational message. A round of applause please.
PATS: Thank you ma’am for that heart-warming message, and now are you all
excited guys? Because I sure am, what about my partner?
ZYRA: Ofcourse I am my partner, and without further ado, let’s start the most
awaited part of this program of the presentation!
ZYRA: lets start with the
BOTH: CAROLING TEAM COMPETITION!
ZYRA: the competition is going to start any minute for now. All the contestants
are invited to come inside the hall and take your seats.
ZYRA: A very good morning I bid to all of you. On behalf of the organizing
committee for this Caroling Team Competition. I assure you that this competition
shall be full of exuberance an excitement, and will create some beautiful
memories for us all. It is rightly said “days are not lost when memories are
created”.
PATS: without further ado, permit us to start the programme. I would like to
introduce to all of you the honourable judge for today’s competition. Our one and
only judge our adsiver the most appreciated, beautiful adviser the world, Ma’am
Rosalyn P. Uson. A round of applause please.
PATS: ladies and gentlemen, for your information this carolling competition is a
team competition. There will be two group contestants for this competition today.
The contestants will be judge on the voice quality 30%, musically 30%, creativity
20%, costume/accents 10% and the overall impact 10%. Each group will
