This Job Aid describes the steps how to enroll with
Microsoft Intune for Android

Prerequisite
You must remember your Google Account.
You need to remember the Google Drive credentials which are being configured.

Business Scenario
As we have selected Microsoft Intune solution for the future mode of operation for MBS. End user
needs to enrolled his/her existing device from current BASF environment to future Turnkey Solution
environment to gain access to the corporate resources.

Follow the steps below!
Enrolling a device

1 In your Android device, open the Play Store.

2 Search for the Intune Company Portal app and install it.

3 Once the app has been downloaded, open the app and press Sign In.

4 When prompted, enter you new Turnkey Solution e-mail (e.g. max.musterman@mbs-
cc.com) address and press Next.

5 Enter your password and press Sign in.

17 Open the Company Portal app and select Devices. The devices you currently have
enrolled or that access your MBS mailbox will be listed..
