The humble petition on behalf of the appellant parties.

Most , I Srikanta Rakshit S/o Sri Jagannath Rakhsit and hereby


authorise for dealing with this case beg to state that:

1. That Sri Jugal Dutta S/o Chandi Dutta sold two plots mentioned
in Sl No 2, for an area of total 0.17 acres vide deed no 5085
dated 28/03/1969 to Sri Jagannath Rakshit S/o Arjun Rakshit

2. From his recorded plot no 103 and 112 of Amlakanali Mouza, JL


No 67, he sold 0.17 acres of land.

3. It is not mentioned clearly in the deed how much area is to be


transferred from which plot.

4. That as per the LR Record, the area of Jagannath Rakshit in
plot no 103 is 0.10 acres and plot number 112 is 0.07 acres,
which totals 0.17 acres.

5. However as per possession, the appellants are possessing 0.01


acres in plot number 103 and 0.16 acres in plot number 112.

6. Hence the first parties are appealing before your honour for
kind correction of plot so that there will be no land related
problems in the future.

So we are praying before you to kindly pass the necessary


order
and
for which act of kindness, as in duty bound, your petitioner
shall ever pray.
