The teacher showed mastery of the subject. He encouraged learners to participate and

impart their knowledge on the topic. The lesson was designed in a manner that easily captivated

the interests of the learners. The teacher employed a range of teaching strategies to develop

critical and creative thinking as well as higher-order thinking skills and gave higher importance to

the writing skills of the learners by writing an Autobiography and Biography. The teacher in sum

was able to give values integration to his lesson. Congratulations to a job well done.

Content of the lesson was accurate and was taught using pedagogical methods that

support student learning of the content. Activities presented were learner-centered. Learners’

background knowledge and understanding of the prior lessons was taken into account in the

teacher’s presentation. Materials used in the lesson, as well as the integration of ICT made the

delivery of the lesson more effective. The teacher managed classroom structure that engage

learners’ individuality or in groups in meaningful exploration, discovery, and hands-on activities.
