0: Already have an HPE Learner ID? (Not shown in video)
1. Go to: https://www.mylearninghpe.com/forms/idLookup.aspx
2. Enter your information
3. Click Submit
4. You will receive an email within a few minutes
• If you receive your HPE Learner ID, you may skip the next step
• It your HPE Learner ID was not found, you need to register for one

1: Get an HPE Learner ID (Video: 0:21 – 2:10)
1. Go to: https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/getstarted and select your
account type: Partner or Customer
2. Follow the process:
• Partners: Register trough the HPE Partner Ready Portal (Video 0:35 – 1:31)
• Customers: Register through the Certification and Learning registration page (Video 1:32 – 2:00)
• HPE Employees: You already have an account! Your HPE Learner ID is your employee number
3. Fill in the information and submit
• You will receive Thank You emails; respond as directed
• You should receive your HPE Learner ID withing three (3) business days

2: Create an Aruba Education Training Account
(Video: 2:11 – 3:10)
1. Go to: https://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/training-services/
2. Locate the Edge track and click View the Catalog
3. Click Login/Register
4. Login or create an account
a. Partners:
i. Use the Partner Ready Portal User? link
ii. Accounts are automatically created for new users
b. HPE Employees:
i. Use the HPE employee? link
ii. Accounts are automatically created for new users
c. Customers: Sign in, or create a new account:
I. Fill in the requested information and Register
Note: Use the same email address as used for your HPE Learning ID
II. Go to your email and copy the temporary password
III. Login and agree to service terms

4: Launch an eLearning class on the Aruba Education website
(Video 3:35 – 4:21)
1. Log onto your Aruba Education account
2. Click the user icon (top right), then choose My Profile
3. Click the Registration tab
4. Click Launch for the course
you wish to launch
5. Scroll down and click Start This course
6. The Additional References tab allows you to download course materials
Note: They are also embedded in most training

5: Associate HPE Learner ID to your Aruba Education account
(Video 4:22 – 4:54)
1. Log onto your Aruba Education account
2. Click the user icon (top right), then choose My Profile
3. Click the Contact Information tab
4. Paste your HPE Learner ID into the HPE Learner ID field
5. Click Submit
• You will get a confirmation email saying your account has been updated

6: View your transcript on MyLearningHPE (Video 4:55 – end)
1. Go to: https://www.mylearninghpe.com/ and Logon
2. Select Rewards and Benefits Training History
• Your courses and assessments are uploaded weekly; They should appear 7-10 days
• Only accreditation and certification related items are uploaded to your MyLearningHPE account

7: Credly Badges
1. Accreditation assessments and
certification practical exams earn
badges
2. Course badges are uploaded monthly
from your My Learning HPE account
to Credly
3. They should appear within 4-8 weeks
4. If badges do not appear within 8
weeks:
Logon to your My Learning HPE account (see above)
and verify the assessments and exams appear
