Hydrogen’s primary role is to reduce oxidation or to keep oxidation in a normal range. And so, this is one of the things
that hydrogen does. So, when you don’t have hydrogen, you’re going to have oxidative stress and inflammation,
and lower immune function. When your gut is dysfunctioning, it’s estimated 70% of immune function is tied to
the bacteria in your gut or gut health. Hydrogen can increase all of that for you, increase immune function.
The water machine that I developed not only dissolves hydrogen gas, but also changes the electrical potential in
the water to a negative 300 millivolts, to negative 400 millivolts of electrical potential. That selectively stimulates
anaerobic microflora by changing the terrain and the biome in the gut itself. If we go back to 1965 when electrolysis-
treated water was made a medical device in Japan, it was because they said it cured improper fermentation in the
gut. If we go back to 1965, that’s really where this work was started after a 15-year human trial in Japan.
Today we know the hydrogen gas will reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, cytokine storms which is definitely
one of the things with long-tail COVID or any of the others, is the inflammation in the body.
When we’re talking about what causes organs, what causes systems to not function properly, it is oxidative stress
and inflammation. Primarily that is what hydrogen does. It reduces oxidative stress and inflammation so you don’t
have the damage that you would be talking about. Then, when we talk about the electrical potential, fixing the
gut, now your immune system is increased and your ability to handle an attack or not be as susceptible to invasion
is highly heightened, so that’s where the water will help you.
Now, hydrogen will also, from a signal modulation perspective, increase cognitive function, so people don’t have
that fuzzy mind or they don’t have that lack of cognitive function.
Jonathan Otto: Studies have been done on neurodegenerative disease with hydrogen and water, correct?
Dr. Paul Barattiero: Yeah, over 50. Whether it’s bipolar, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s especially. You talked about
from a claim perspective in the Parkinson’s study, it says, “Hydrogen water had disease-modifying effects in
Parkinson’s disease.” So this is huge. Also, Alzheimer’s.
All these type of things are tied back to a lack of ghrelin secretions. That’s a master hormone that should be
secreted from the gut or the stomach when hydrogen is present. So, when drinking the water with hydrogen
within 5five minutes, you’ll have ghrelin secretions go to the hippocampus, the hypothalamus and the brainstem
to change cognitive function. So any neuroprotective effect, that’s what hydrogen’s going to do as well as high
neuroprotective effect.
If there is that fogginess in the brain, you’re going to be sharp when you have the hydrogen. We’ve done EEG.
Within 5five minutes, you have 32% plasticity change, 58% normalization of the brain. So it’s very rapid that it’s
changing and balancing the brain. But this is just some of the things that hydrogen does.

When we look at ghrelin secretions, when we look at the gut, when we look at every aspect of the body, heart,
that’s a big thing that people are talking about with the spike proteins and having cardiovascular issues or heart

Within a very short time of drinking the water with hydrogen, you’ll have differences in the plasticity of the veins.
You’ll have heart being changed. We have so many people that are drinking the water that are saying, “My blood
tests are coming back and I’m normal when I was Stage 3 renal issues. And now I’ve been drinking it for 60 days

Dr. Paul Barattiero: Hydrogen gas in water and also some people were breathing hydrogen gas. But as long as you
get hydrogen gas into the body, then you help with inflammation or what’s called cytokine storms. You also help
with systemic inflammation, all that, all throughout the body.
Jonathan Otto: Wow. So, people that are trying to ward off any kind of ailment, symptom, disease this could be
helpful for them. Is that right?
Dr. Paul Barattiero: Yes. It’s because your body’s natural response is producing hydrogen so you’re lowering
oxidation. So you keep it in a normal range. If you don’t have hydrogen production, A, you’re not going to have
hydrochloric acid either.
I mean, if we really look at the body and we try to figure out,... The body is carbon-hydrogen chains. So, it is critical
to life that you have hydrogen, and even stuff like HCL, stomach acid, is hydrogen. So without hydrogen you’ll have
acid reflex. You’ll have issues in your stomach because you can’t produce stomach acid without hydrogen.
It’s very simple, but hydrogen is necessary to life and the function of the human body. Because, again, because
of gut damage, we’re not able to produce hydrogen, so we’re giving you hydrogen immediately and then we’re
restoring the body’s ability to produce hydrogen on its own.

The western medicine system tries to mask the symptoms of autoimmune diseases using medications to suppress
the immune system, relieve symptoms, and reduce inflammation.
The most common cause of autoimmunity is underlying infections or toxins being accumulated in the body. These
are what we call the root causes.
Heavy Metals
Heavy metals are elements with high atomic weights that can accumulate in the body and disrupt various
