UNDERTAKING
Rules and Regulation:
1. The safety of contestants during the event is their responsibility. IIIT Delhi and ASTRA 2023 team are
not responsible for the same.
2. Please carry your College ID and government Identity proof physically while entering IIIT Delhi
Campus.
3. Liquor, Cigarettes, Drugs, and any harmful substances are strictly prohibited. No contestant should be
found in possession or using such things. If any contestant engages in such activities, they will face
strict action, and the whole contingent's security deposit will be forfeited.
4. Keeping in mind the safety of contestants, they are strictly advised to stay away from river bodies and
refrain from driving motor vehicles. If any mishap occurs while visiting river bodies nearby, IIIT Delhi
and ASTRA 2023 team is not responsible.
5. Participants can only stay in the allotted area. In case of any mishaps that happen while visiting any
other area, the sole responsibility will be of the concerned contestant and their whole contingent.
6. ASTRA 2023 team or IIIT Delhi is not responsible for losing participants’ personal items. Each
participant is responsible for their belongings.
7. Each student must provide 200 rupees as security before entering IIIT Delhi. Each participant will
receive a security slip as a coupon for a refund of security fees. If found guilty of anything, such as
damaging college property, breaking the rules, or misbehavior, security slips will be torn off ASTRA
2023 team, and hence no security slip-no refund.
8. Any person who damages IIIT Delhi property will be held responsible for replacing that item and will
be heavily fined with their security deposit forfeited. And till then, all valuable items of the subject
may be ceased, and legal action could be taken against him.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the ASTRA 2023 team would be final, and no legal action will be
taken against the ASTRA 2023 team /any other official in the organizing team concerning any conflict.
10. Any kind of misbehavior or an act that denigrates the spirit of the women's community would be
dealt with seriousness. There would be no hesitation in involving the legally competent authorities in
the incident.
11. The participants are expected to behave properly with other participants/organizers and refrain from
any kind of violent measure. In case someone uses violence Astra 2023, team would have no other
option than to take the help of the security officials/Police present there.
12. The campus closing time is 10 pm, and after that, no one will be allowed to enter if found not abiding
by this rule, then strict action will be taken against him/her.
13. You have to vacate the campus before 10 PM on 26th March 2023. Security slips would be torn-off,
off, and hence there will be no security refund if the campus is not vacated before 10 PM of 26th
March.
