PREFACE

The primary goal of this work's preparation is to foresee the economic,

cultural, and technological advancement of a modern and true design of a Reheat

Regenerative Steam Power Plant. This design book was written after a long,

difficult, and thorough knowledge of the Mechanical Engineering subject by the

author in order to provide a larger view of what I learned.

Engineering catalogs and textbooks are used to obtain important formulas,

illustrations, and essential information. Despite its complexity, the author did his

utmost to present it plainly. If this honest experience may help other people who

want to spend their expertise in a more lucrative technology career, the time and

effort invested in its preparation will be more than justified.

A special mention goes to our beloved professor, Engr John Dennice

Ganotisi, for his unrivaled efforts in making my mind the beneficial step in

overcoming the many periods of student life. I tell you that no amount of adversity

will cause me to fail in carrying out my duties.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

It would be with great admiration and appreciation that I convey my gratitude

to my friends and colleagues who so ably assisted us in the completion of this

design. To all of my coworkers and instructors who assisted and supported me in

my design. I'd like to thank Engr. John Dennice Ganotisi for his thoughts and for

providing us with some important data for the design.

I was extremely grateful to my parents for their emotional and financial

assistance. I knew you believed in me and only wanted the best for me. Thank you

for teaching me that my job in life was to learn, be happy, and know and understand

myself in order to know and understand others.

I would like to honor and thank God, the Almighty, for bestowing many

blessings, knowledge, and opportunities on the writer, allowing me to finally

complete the thesis.
