I am very pleased to submit the report of my internship by The Fern An Ecotel Hotel ,Jaipur.
This report details my learning, achievements and experience in the company during my
internship period, starting from 6 th Aug 2021 to 5th Oct 2021. I was supervised by Rakesh
Rajodia, the HR manager in the Fern Hotel.

 Preface
The project A study on engagement and motivations at The Fern an Ecotel Hotel, Jaipur has
been prepared for the requirement of the post graduate degree in business management.

I have tried my best to project training report under the co-operation with The Fern an
Ecotel Hotel, Jaipur.

The field of HR is very vast and every department is realizing its importance in the
smooth functioning for the organization. HR help us to prepare and analysis of an organization
information which help us to make decision and take corrective actions to the organization.

Firstly, when I am thankful to my company owner Rakesh Rajodia and I thankful to all THE
FERN AN ECOTEL HOTEL staff . I embarked this project, it appeared to me as onerons task
slowly as I progressed , I did realize that I was not alone after all.
