Bureau of Fire Protection, Regional Office 9, Fernan St., Palmera, San Pedro Dist.,
Pagadian City in relation to the Simultaneous Conduct of Regular Recruitment and
Selection of Fire Officer I (FO1) BFPwide CY 2023;

I am a registered criminologist with full knowledge of my privileges under Article V, Section


34 and 35 of Republic Act 11131 or "The Philippine Criminology Profession Act of
2018" which exempts all registered criminologists from taking any qualifying or entrance
examinations in the PNP, NBI, BJMP, BFP, LTO and other government positions related
to criminology, police and law enforcement work, investigations and security, corrections
and public safety;

In my earnest desire to achieve a higher score and ranking,I hereby willingly and
voluntarily WAIVE the said privilege and signify my intention to take the Qualifying
WrittenExamination (QWE) to be conducted on 25 June 2023 at the Mega Gymnasium,
Provincial Capitol Complex, Dao, Pagadian City.
